The International Women and Children’s Health Conference is being held this year on Friday, November 4. The conference draws in keynote speakers, students and faculty from diverse disciplines who share a common interest in improving the health of women and children, who continue to be victims of poverty, inequality and disease.

The IWCH committee is looking for volunteers to assist the day of the conference, as well as with events leading up to the conference throughout the month of October. If you are interested in helping out in any way, please contact me at melanie.zimmermann@medportal.ca. If you would like to volunteer the day of the conference, be sure to email by October 14. Conference day volunteers and other registered participants will be awarded an IPE credit.
